Who we are

   Capt. Dave Bell is a Master Mariner, teacher, training officer, and author of books and articles on navigation, seamanship, and estuarine ecology.

 

   Maritime curriculum can be dry and overly technical for primary and secondary students. These proven resources are designed to excite students about the industry.

 

   The culmination of more than 40 years of classroom and on-the-water experience teaching adults and children-- from 4th grade through high school, college, and adult ed programs--we offer books, lessons, and presentations on topics that include:
